How far do you travel for mobile notary appointments?
We travel throughout Greater Cincinnati including Mason, West Chester, Kenwood, Deerfield Township, Maineville, and surrounding communities in Warren and Hamilton County. Extended travel outside our standard service area is available with an additional fee — include your address when requesting and we will confirm coverage.
How quickly can you schedule a mobile notary appointment?
Same-day appointments are available when scheduling allows, particularly for single-document visits. Most appointments are available within 24 hours. Evening appointments are available. Contact us with your timeline and location and we will confirm availability.
What do I need to have ready for a mobile notary visit?
Have your completed document ready but do not sign it before the notary arrives — the signature must be made in the notary's presence. Bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. If your document requires witnesses, arrange for them to be present at the appointment location.
Do you charge extra for travel?
Travel within our Greater Cincinnati service area is included in the $75 base rate. Extended travel outside the service area carries an additional fee quoted before your appointment. There are no surprise charges — all fees are confirmed when you book.
Can you come to a hospital or nursing home?
