Yes. Noted Notaries carries $100,000 Errors and Omissions insurance through the National Notary Association and has passed a current NNA background screening. E&O certificate is available upon request for your vendor approval file.

Borrower name and contact information, property or signing address, package type (purchase, refinance, seller, HELOC), and your preferred appointment window. Package or instructions can be sent separately once the appointment is confirmed.
Do you cover extended areas outside Greater Cincinnati?
Our standard service area covers Warren and Butler County suburbs including Mason, West Chester, Deerfield Township, Maineville, and Kenwood. Extended travel outside this area is available for an additional fee — provide the signing address when placing the order and we will confirm coverage.
