Contact us with the package type, signing location, and required timeframe. For title company orders, we coordinate directly with your team and confirm package receipt.

Package preparation

We receive and review the package before the appointment. For print packages, we print and prepare all documents. We contact the borrower or seller to confirm appointment details.

We meet the signer at their location, walk through the package professionally, notarize all required documents, and return the completed package per your instructions. Same-day and next-day return available.

Loan signing questions

What is a loan signing agent?

A loan signing agent is a notary public trained and certified to handle real estate loan packages. They meet the borrower or seller, guide them through the signing documents, notarize required forms, and return the completed package to the title company or lender. NNA certification indicates the agent has completed professional training and background screening.

Can loan signings be done online in Ohio?

No. Real estate loan packages require wet ink signatures — the borrower must physically sign the documents in the presence of the signing agent. Online notarization (RON) is not available for loan closings. All loan signings with Noted Notaries are in-person mobile appointments.

Seller-side packages are $100. Buyer-side packages are $150. Combined buyer and seller signings at the same appointment are $200. A print fee of $25 applies if we print the package. After-hours and same-day appointments carry a $25 fee.
